6.1. Orders can be collected in person at our store: Ateities g. 21B, Vilnius, during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
6.2. We also deliver orders via courier and to parcel lockers across Lithuania and the European Union. - Requirements upon Pickup
7.1. When collecting your order in-store, you may be required to present a valid identification document (passport, ID card, or residence permit). - Returns and Refunds
8.1. You have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt, as required by EU consumer protection law.

8.4. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

- Purchase by Installments (Leasing)
11.1. Products in our online store may be purchased on installment through financing partners (Inbank | Mokilizingas). This is a convenient way to acquire goods by paying in parts over an agreed period.
11.2. To buy in installments:
- Select the desired product in our online store.
- Contact us via email at info@spoteris.eu and indicate which product you wish to purchase on installment, or fill in the form directly on the website.
- We will provide you with all available Inbank | Mokilizingas installment offers.
- You may choose the most suitable contract term or payment amount.
- Your creditworthiness assessment and the decision will be provided immediately.
- Sign the agreement.
11.3. Who may apply for an installment agreement with Inbank | Mokilizingas: - Individuals employed under a permanent contract with at least 4 months of continuous employment.
- Recipients of permanent benefits or pensions.
- Individuals working under a fixed-term contract valid for at least 6 months.
- Retired statutory civil servants.
- Statutory civil servants.
- Farmers.
- Self-employed individuals.
- Owners of sole proprietorships.
- Members/owners of small partnerships.
11.4. Documents required for an installment agreement: - A valid identity document (passport, ID card, or residence permit in Lithuania, including foreign citizens legally residing in Lithuania).
